Melinda's Diary! 120 here I come!!!

hey guys..

havent been on in a while..i guess you know what happened.
i was bad. i didnt eat HORRIBLY but i did eat stuff i shouldnt have and on top of that, all of last week i didnt work out not even once! :( i know i know.
i had alost going on, i had a dental appointment and got 3 fillings done and also my bottom left side wisdom tooth starting coming up again and it was cutting my gums and i was in excruciating pain. i couldnt eat anything, chewing was so painful!
then to add to things, i got a sore throat and my ears wouldnt stop throbbing/pounding.
so i was just pretty much messed up last week.
i have medicine now, and ive been taking it regularily so im not in so much pain anymore.

i started my healthy eating again today and i WILL be at the gym right after work today.
i weighed myself this morning and from all my bad bad behavoir i gained 1 lb. i know its probably just water weight and i shouldnt worry about it but you know how that goes.
but whatever! its going bye bye. im motivated again.

ill be moving from texas here in about 2 1/2 months then ill be with my hubby! i want to look soo good for him. not like he cares. he loves me no matter what weight i am.hahha. but i still wanna! im so excited so i gotta get a move on! and plus im tired of feeling so bloated and yucky and down and completely out of energy. i want to exercise and have my feel good endorphins again!

anywho...ill update on my lunch break what ive had to eat so far today. just wanted to stop by and let yall know that i havent given up and im still here!! :)
 
at work..wahh..

hey guys.
just here at work on my morning break. i hope today goes by fast!
yesterday was ok. i was pretty b*tchy at work but i ate okay and i got my ass to the gym right after work! my friend flaked on me and i was thinking about not going..but i told myself to shut the hell up and go. lol!
im glad i did. i did about an hour on the treadmill. walking/running/ mostly walking but i ran as much as i could.
then i did the 30 minute circuit room and did some machines. abs, legs, arms.
ill be there again after work today for sure. im super sore today but i love it. haha
anywho heres my intake today so far

breakfast
-1 cup cereal "fuel"(its new, its basically just grain clusters and rice crisps lightly sweetened by honey) with skim milk
-banana
-small cup of joe with crm and splenda

Lunch
i packed a turkey sandwhich on whole grain
-tiny can of ravioli
-plain low fat yogurt

afternoon snack will probably be a chewy bar

and dinner....i dont know yet. maybe subway..havent had it in a while!

but anywho...ill be back to update later. but i promise ill be off to the gym right after work!!
