Hello Everyone!
Here is the beginning of my diary...

-- How much weight do you want to lose?

10-15 lbs

-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?

Before summer '10

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?

Calorie counting and exercising 5-6 days a week. Drinking mostly water with the occasional diet soda.

-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?

Hopefully, this website! I need any extra support I can get. :)

-- How realistic is your goal?

I think it's very realistic.

-- When will you start?

Just to let everyone know, I am currently exercising 5-6 times a week, but I'm far behind the physical fitness I want to be. For some reason, I don't feel any more fit even after doing this for a month. I have not been eating well though, since I am on a meal plan at college and I have not been able to force myself into a routine of salads yet. I'm working on it..:)
