Had the *exact* same weight today. Like I said before I don't totally trust the scale I'm using. I think it's accurate to within +/- 1 pound, but it has some sort of memory feature where it'll show the exact number you got last time if you're close. (So if you jump on twice in a row it'll show the same number)

If that's true then you'd get exactly what I've been seeing. Long periods of exactly the same weight, then jumping to some new value that's much different... anyways!

Had a big lunch at a restaurant that was basically the main meal of the day, so the calories are estimated for yesterday. Well I mean it's always an estimate but it was much more of one yesterday :)

Hmm didn't do so well with the calories yesterday, although I got the walk in. Also bumped back up to 236. Will do better today.

OK I might have screwed up yesterday. I did get my walk in but I lost track and took in 2500-3000 calories :/

My weight went up from 234.4 to 237.4, and although if you look at it logically there's no way that's all fat, it's still not great to see.

Shit happens. I´m sure you can pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back on track. The nice thing of one of those scale jumps is seeing them disappear again!
 
A day of really good eating & lots of water should fix that, MD.
Unfortunately it was 2500 cals yesterday- although I did get my walk in again. I messed up and had some valentine's day candy which threw me off. Going to do better today!

Weight was 236.0, so yesterday was partly some weird spike.
