Meditation?

Congratulations my friend, you have taken up a worthwhile activity......I hope you keep it up. You can achieve so much satisfaction from this, stress relief, clearing your mind of everyday troubles, helping you to make a clear decision. I hope after a while you will find yourself feeling much happier and confident.
 
I used to meditate every day, but I just don't have any time to myself anymore. It's hard to find your center when you have 2 kids running around like wild animals LOL
 
meditating is an awesome way to relax and be stress free! definately try and start doing it again! i tried a free guided one i found on the internet, seems to be working for me...i do it once a day, usually on my lunch break at work, and it just keeps me calm and relaxed for the day! my gf loves it too!
