Meditation and Self-transformation apps

Hi all,

I’m working on a self-transformation app right now. I’d like to talk to people who have used meditation apps or listen to self-transformation and wellness podcasts.

I thought I’d post on this forum, since I thought it would interest people here.

Have any of you'll used meditation apps? What has your experience been?
 
Yeah, I’ve used apps like Headspace and Insight Timer. They helped me build a consistent routine early on. The guided sessions and reminders were particularly useful, especially when I was starting.

I'm interested in hearing more. Are you focusing just on meditation or broader self-growth?
