I know I haven't been on here properly in a while. How are things with you guys?
I've had a rough week, mood wise, which curbed my exercise and diet plan pretty thoroughly. I got back on track today, which was so thrilling. I went for a run in the river valley on the trails, which make me feel like I'm not running at all, just playing, and guess what?! I twisted my f$%$#@ ankle! AGAIN!!!
So I've cancelled work for the rest of the weekend because I can't bend my foot at all and I'll be no help to the old ladies. It's nice to have the free time, but sucks to miss the paycheque. And I am so frustrated. I was getting into a relatively good running routine, and it's f@#!ed up again.
