Hey guys, just had dinner and I made a meat ball with my meat alowance and mixed my entire veggie alowance in with it ( I used to largest meat and less veggies option). I used Beef mince, fried tomato until it was soft and mushed it, friend chopped muchrooms with some fresh parsley and chucked that in with the mince and tomato, added some chilli powder, rolled it into a big ball, cooked it in the oven and yum yum! Just an easier way to get them veggies down when your not feeling them! haha
