Meals question?

ok, i was like, 275lbs and after anout a month iv dropped down to about 255-260, im 6'1. Ill try and explain my body type...i think i have like a big frame, not like a godzilla person just i could probably play offincive linemen at school. anyways....i only eat like, breakfast, sometimes lunch and dinner. I know that this is bad. But...with someone my size and my weight if i eat 5 meals a day wont i just gain weight again or will it cause my matabolism to speend up and then ill statrt really loosing weight?

They eat one massive meal per day and sleep right afterwards. That slows up their metabolisim.
Spreading your meals over 5-6 courses will actually speed up your metabolisim. Now thats not to say that you wont get fat if you eat 5-6 unhealthy meals. I read in my book "The Nutrition Bible" that we were originally grazers. We ate what we came a crossed over the course of the day. That could add up to 6-7 small meals per day. Maybe more. Berries, fish, non-hormone enhanced meat that was shared between a pride of people-etc. Now flash foward to present day and we have 3 bulky meals as the standard in America. No wonder we get up and look for a midnight snack. Were going against what our bodies have become accustomed too. I suggest eating something light and healthy everytime you get hungry over the course of the day. My gym suggested that I eat on a strict schedule. Even if I'm not hungry, I eat a bit of protein. I have lost about 10 lbs in 15 days this way and I'm never hungry or feel deprived.
