Sport meal after lifting

I have changed my cardio to slow cardio 45 mins after i workout. Iv noticed that my 6 pack is poping more but i am wondering should i eat my post workout meal right after i lift then go do my cardio or should i do my cardio then eat my meal. My goal is to stay lean but add muscle at the same time any suggestions?

I have a suggestion - Pick an easyer goal.

your not gonna build muscle without puting on weight.

You got to bulk and cut. Even if its in minature 1month cycles.
 
agreed. if you try to do both at the same time, you'll make painfully slow progress on both at the same time. pick bulking or fat loss, stick to it for a month or two, then flip it.
 
I'd recommend waiting until after your cardio to ingest anything. Ideally, you should do your aerobic exercise at a different time. Separate it from the weight training, I mean. Personally, I don't have the option of separating types of exercise. I find that the best option is a protein drink directly after, followed by a meal with plenty of complex carbs and a good amount of protein about an hour later.
 
its not as hard as you think. About this time last year i was 155 and now im pushing 180. Ive kept my 6 pack and my bench is over 300 pounds. And iv kept the 6 pack all year.
 
You are very lucky to have such a fast metabolism. Its not the same for everyone tho.
