"Me n my tummy "

29th July 2007 weighe 186 lbs.
Its been quite some time i havent looked eagerly on my eating habits. I havent lost any pound but gained a few..iam sorry guys but i would be taking a IMPT BREAK.

For the two mths i wont weigh myself. As a rule, i wont gulp anything n ervrything. I want to stop the addiction of weighing myself quite often.
I want to gve my brain a leisure time where it can decide on wht and what not to do.
Sept 2007 2oth i wud weight myself.

I somewhat dissapointed with my luck. In order to succeed its impt to be with right set of ppl. I have learnt it in a hard way. DONT TRY TO CHANGE THE WORLD AS U WONT GET A DIME FOR IT. its hard 2 heard that but its true.
Anyways, i would skip atleast an hour everyday.and I hope to hear from you all on 21st sept.

Hello everyone,
For a break from dieting for almost 2-3 mths iam back. I can garuntee you that this time i would get back 2 my 140 Goal. Look at my past, i havent been losing weight and i felt its time to take a break so that i would get back to my Normal BMI and then i re kick my weight loss regime. But this time, I would make sure i would stick to it till the end.

I did start smoking again. So, it sucks.Anyways, ONE MTH of strict dieting for the next one mth.. My ideal plan is to lose atleast 15 pounds in the first mth. I thnk that achieveable as most part of it is water weight.

I haven't looked at my current weight. But iam guessing its 202.. ......SO let the game begin...
My plan is to go on Egg DIET for the next one week.

Hello Everyone,
This aint the first time i have tried 2 lose weight..
Jan 2007- i weighed 230 pounds. For me,wearing 40 - belt size trousers was still tight at that time.
April 2007- I weighed like 200.
By July end I weighed in 182. Thats my lowest this year. I was quiet comfortable in size 36 trousers.
Its 3rd Nov 2007, and I weight 202 lbs now. I can still wear size 36 trousers but with difficulty. I am not at all ashamed with myself, but I need 2 start back with my crusade again my tummy.
For starters, i would get back with my cal restriction and i would try 2 limit myself to 1000 cal. Secondly, i would work for half an hr of aerobic exercise followed up by Weight training ( 30 mins). I am quite able 2 manage it without any muscle ache.

My Goal is 2 get back to my Ideal weight ie 150. thats my birthday present.
18 weeks- 50 pounds. So, i have 2 lose around 2.7 pounds every week.
It wont be that easy. But i would keep myself in check with my Goals.


I do realize that to lose next 20 pounds is very easy. But to get back to 150, I do need 2 focus.... If u do look at my weight loss ticker, i almost lost 25 pounds in a mth n hlf , but to lose that additional 20 pounds i had 2 work my ass for 4 mths.

I love challenges and i do accept it with open hands.

hello guys n gals..
its Xmas eve and i am thnking losing my mind eating all the sweets. In ordr 2 stop that i decided 2 start my new dietary restrictions with exercise load. I had been touring for the past 2 mths so it had been very difficult to keep myself off. My current weight is 194. I am not proud of it as i somehow lost my way in between due 2 severe backache.. i started going 2 gym and all of sudden i sprained my lower back. its fine now but it ached for nearly 1 mth.
I still have 12 weeks in my hand 2 shed off atleast 30 pounds. If i can manage 2 control for a week or so, i thnk iam in the game.. I have noticed that the initial loss of weight is very easy. i easily manage 2 lose 10 pounds in couple of weeks but the difficult part is to maintain that weight. Over a period of past 9 mths i have managed 2 lose 36 pounds. My goal is 2 lose all the excess fat before i touch 30.
i am losing for partner 2 join the journey with me. its so much easier 2 lose weight if u have a partner. drop a line if interested.
