i think i was about 192lbs

I'm 5'7

I think it took me about a year to lose the weight and i've stayed the same weight for about 6 months now, the rest wont seem to go! I lost it by exercising 3 -4 times a week and cutting out a lot of junk from my diet! I still don't eat as well as i should though haha

And that isn't my own bedroom! haha, i was at a themed hotel!!!
