Me before - and in

I have been working out for about a month now, doing the same things,
I am new to it all but my routine has been:
Bench (10 set)
Pushups (50)
Curls (50)
Kneelifts (50)
Legpush (50)
Crunchs (50)
Jacks (200)
Bench (10 set)
Kneelifts (30)
Curls (50)
Push-ups (50)
Bench (10 set)
Crunchs (50)
Curls (50)
Bench (10 set)

Also - I have already gotten a 6 pack after about a month of doing what I am doing, but they dont look like rock-hard like I want, if anybody has any advice on ab-only workouts that show good results it would be appriciated
 
Visible abs is 90% about cutting but anyway my favourite exercise is the dragon flag.. niice burn

You might want to revise it based on your goals, for further development.
