ME and EDDIES weighloss journey

I have lost a lot of weight from that of my highest point (lowest point in life) but somewhere i slipped and my methods went from healthy to extremely dangerous :( Ive put back on some weight and this is really the time i needIm leaving for the Navy in Dec and i would like to be in tip top. I also have a friend and motivator, my beloved pooch Eddie. Eddie is a Jack russel snausage terrier. he is 8-9 pounds over weight. Not good for a little dog. So now we have put eddie on a diet and i think it only fair (being as he is my dog) to lose the weight and get healthy right along side him. I will post some stats tomorrow on our first weigh in together. I plan on waking up early every morning and going for a 30min walk with him then we will eat breakfast seeing as he is not so fond of his new food however expensive and organic it may be. I hit the gym for 40-60min in the afternoon then we go for a walk at night before his dinner. wish me luck guys I really need a confidence boost as do we all

first off, your dog is adorable!!!
okk, well your at the right place if you want support and motivation! good job on getting started! I am definetly eager to hear about you and eddie's progress!
 
Day one me and Eddie had a successful walk and a good breakfast ( i had to police him to make sure he ate his) according to my plans ill eat a decent lunch after work and hit the gym :) weigh in for eddie tomorrow, idk if i should weigh him every day or once a week with me
