Me about 30lbs later

Ok, here goes. these are two links to pictures that i have. The first one is of me in Spain, when I was at my heaviest, at 225. :( The second is of me about 10lbs ago. (give or take, though the one of me in the dark blue was about 15lbs ago)

Sorry, but as of now, I only have volleyball pictures for your viewing pleasure. I promise I'll get some better ones up once I reach 180!

hey thanks for the comments everyone! The tummy isn't completely gone, actually, it's the last thing that's changed. What's changed the most is the pudge around my face and my legs. :D I pretty much like my legs now!

Sprite: It took me about eight months, just because of loss, then gain, then lose again, then gain some back again... i finally just said ok, i'm going to do this 5 months ago.

Misti: It's always good to hear from another washingtonian!

I wanna get to 150 because I am only 5"4.

I don't really have much of a menu. just trying to stay away from the "bad fats" and portion control is all I'm really doing.
 
you look fantastic, little lady.. it's not easy to pull off looking good in those shorts but you make it work!!!

oh my gosh. I hated spandex before. I got an XL pair and Large. (the large came with the uniform, and i bought the XL myself) Now though, when we turn in the uniforms, I'm going to turn in the XL spandex, and keep the Larges for my season with Club volleyball! :D) My coach said that it was ok to switch them too! I'm super happy about that!
