So, here I am trying (and praying) again to lose weight. My first goal is to get under 200 pounds. I know I weigh somewhere in the lower 200's, like 225-230ish. However, I bought a new scale and according to it, I weigh 0 and I couldn't find my old ones. :toetap05: I FINALLY get the courage to get on one of these damn things and it doesn't work. I just bought one this weekend I took back and exchanged for this one because that one didn't work either and yes, I got a different kind. Looks like I'll be taking this one back to the store too. Anyway, I'm still going to start today and I'll wiegh myself when I can. In the mean time, my ticker will just have to wait.
 
Did great eating yesterday all though I didn't get in my excersise but that's okay. Pretty proud of myself for the way I ate. I also got my scale to work so I know how much I have to lose to reach my first goal. I figure I'll take care of that first and take care of the rest later. I don't really want to think about much beyond this first goal right now. Once I hit that, I'll be pretty damn happy and most likely pretty motivated to do the rest. :)
