I’m 19years old and weighed 19 stone 10 pounds when I started my new diet.
My goal weight is 14 stone as this will mean that my BMI will be just over normal.
I’m walking between 4 and 7 miles a day and also on a calories controlled diet with the help of slim fast chocolate meal shakes which actually stop my cravings for chocolate bars.
Its only been just under 2 weeks but so far I’ve lost 7 pounds :]
The main problem is when my boyfriend comes to stay at my house every weekend he disrupts my eating and exercise routine, I’m thinking that if he will start to eat as I do 4 small meals a day instead of his normal 2 main meals it would benefit both of our health.
I’m hoping to lose at least 4 pounds this week and get under the 19 stone marker even though at the moment I’m so stressed out with my A level exams, I think the walking may actually be helping me with the stress and pressure.
