ook, so it has been a while since i have sat down and really put a post together.
I really has been status quo lately for me. i weighed in today at 212. How do i feel about that? I dont know, i weighed in last month at 210. That's two lbs. It's not that i'm worried about the scale going up because i really am interested in doing a bulk routine. I want to add muscle and i have seen some. I know it is in there somewhere. So with a bulk does come some weight gain. So that is ok.
I already mentioned that i switched gyms. When i switched gyms, i lost my trainer because he didnt go to my new gym. This guy was a motivator along with a good guy. He helped me a lot along the way. So i am walking out my gym a couple weeks ago and he was signing up for a membership. I grabbed a session with him asked him for a couple specific things. I wanted to incorporate a shoulder press and dips into my workout. I also asked him to introduce me to deadlifts. He did none of this. It really left a sour taste in my mouth and i dont think i will go back to him. Although i have a lot, and i mean a lot, to learn i feel the my $50 is better spent elsewhere.
My eating has been good to the point i really havent gained much weight. (see above) All the right foods just bigger portions. Well, matbe an occasional cheat meal mixed in. The wife made a kick ass turtle cheesecake for father's day. The thing was to die for.
I really want to post some pics again to see if i have made gains over last year. i will try to work on that tonight.
Also, my word of the day, week, month is patience. It truly is one of the most important traits when losing, gaining muscle or really anything in life. Sometime things dont happen over night. I can sometimes be a very impatient but i am trying. This buliking routine in 6-8 weeks longs so i really need to just follow the routine and wait.

time: I dropped my iPod last friday and it broke.



I am so f'in pissed. i loved my iPod. Now i am without and really dont have the extra money to buy a new one. Probably take me a couple weeks to save up or just bite the bullet and buy a new one. I'll see how i do without it for a week or so.
