Oh my god!! So I just wrote you like two pages worth of shit.. and it got erased.. I know your in love with the lakers.. :beating: yes I know you are.. Yeyyyy!! So today I had all my laker gear on and was celebrating my lakers cuz I love them soo soo much.. :party: and yes buddy.. summer is going good.. how are you doing and the fam bam?? hope all is awesome and great.. As for my damn losing weight it' aint working too much.. I'm just not sticking too it.. Works down the damn drain.. Not going good at all therefore I think I start losing focus on the things I want .. I don't know I think I have even gained 3 pounds from my lowest It's damn annoying .. and I just eat not bad shit but all kinds of shit.. ughhh .. I don't know it's like I lose focus when times are tough.. but hey were always getting on at different times.. Let's chat soon.. miss ya.. and wish you the best.. I know you were kidding.. hows the bulking going matt?


the bulking is going well. I just completed the first week of Lyle's generic bulk. It's an upper lower split and fit perfect into my gym time. I only go during lunch so it doesnt cut into family time.

Great exercises, felt good and looking forward to the next seven weeks.

Diet has been pretty solid. Not UD2 solid but 90/10 rule. I really feel the 90/10 is something i can live with.

i saw your refeed list and looks like you really enjoy those days. I think i would too.

Of course!!! :) WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOO!!! Yey.... I did it was awesome.. I partied a little too much for the lakers but it was funn... Super fun... :party: Now I'm back focused for work, and life and happiness and above all health... hahahhah..;) Regardless over with the lakers until next years ring.. You think Odom and Ariza will stay?? I guess it depends if their able to keep the same players will it work out for them.. Ummmm so what did you do for fathers day??

we all go thru those slumps. I just got onut of one a few weeks ago. It's probably your body telling you it needs a break. Relax, keep your eating in check and you will be fine.

Small steps, take a leisurely walk, not really exercising per se but still being active.

ook, so it has been a while since i have sat down and really put a post together.

I really has been status quo lately for me. i weighed in today at 212. How do i feel about that? I dont know, i weighed in last month at 210. That's two lbs. It's not that i'm worried about the scale going up because i really am interested in doing a bulk routine. I want to add muscle and i have seen some. I know it is in there somewhere. So with a bulk does come some weight gain. So that is ok.

I already mentioned that i switched gyms. When i switched gyms, i lost my trainer because he didnt go to my new gym. This guy was a motivator along with a good guy. He helped me a lot along the way. So i am walking out my gym a couple weeks ago and he was signing up for a membership. I grabbed a session with him asked him for a couple specific things. I wanted to incorporate a shoulder press and dips into my workout. I also asked him to introduce me to deadlifts. He did none of this. It really left a sour taste in my mouth and i dont think i will go back to him. Although i have a lot, and i mean a lot, to learn i feel the my $50 is better spent elsewhere.

My eating has been good to the point i really havent gained much weight. (see above) All the right foods just bigger portions. Well, matbe an occasional cheat meal mixed in. The wife made a kick ass turtle cheesecake for father's day. The thing was to die for.

I really want to post some pics again to see if i have made gains over last year. i will try to work on that tonight.

Also, my word of the day, week, month is patience. It truly is one of the most important traits when losing, gaining muscle or really anything in life. Sometime things dont happen over night. I can sometimes be a very impatient but i am trying. This buliking routine in 6-8 weeks longs so i really need to just follow the routine and wait.

:rant: time: I dropped my iPod last friday and it broke. :rant::rant::rant: I am so f'in pissed. i loved my iPod. Now i am without and really dont have the extra money to buy a new one. Probably take me a couple weeks to save up or just bite the bullet and buy a new one. I'll see how i do without it for a week or so.
