Hey guys! I'm really excited about starting a diary on here.

A little about myself. I'm 19. I weighed the highest I ever have back in May, a touch over 300 pounds. I lost a lot of weight over the summer (30lbs) and then stopped watching myself as hard until mid-November. I dropped another 6 pounds in that time but I'm getting back on the horse and really going for it.

I'm a college student. Being around skinny guys that can eat whatever they want is tough. I have little money and my school's gym equipment is outdated and defunct. I have to hope each day that the dorm cafeteria is serving something moderately healthy.

I'd like to start walking more. Is walking worth it? Say if I went for a walk for 30-45 minutes a day in addition to walking to classes like I do now. What heart-pumping exercises can i do without needing equipment?

Any encouragement and whatnot is much appreciated. :)
