Now I also got a diary in here. Thought it might be good to have a place to right down thoughts on how it's going.


I was starting my weight loss in january this year. But i March/April I had a bad time personally and my weight loss didn't go so well, it didn't go at all. It all stopped


But in June i started up again, readdy to win, ready to lose this weight I hate so much. But i had a bad time again and once again it stopped. But now I'm back, and now I'm ready. I now have become a member here, and are readdy to work with myself to reach my goal. This time I hope i don't give up, cause I really want to make it this time.


Since I live in Norway I use kg nd not ibs. But I have used a converter to convert it to ibs.


I'm today 90,7 kg: 90.7 kilograms = 200.0 pounds

And I'm 180 cm tall: 180 centimeters = 70.9 inches


I don't know if you use pounds, or is that the same as ibs? I'm a little confused. :p


Now I'm gonna eat more healty and try to workout some, but I will start easy on the workout. And the sweets in the week is over, now only one day in the weekend.


This feels good, I hope i make it this time!! :D

Lbs is the same as pounds. lol if that is what you are asking? What is your goal weight and how do you plan on getting there? Have you come up with a calorie plan?

My goal wight is 72 kilograms = 158.7 pounds, and I'm planning to get there by eating healthy food, and not soo much sweets. :) I don't have a calorie plan. How do you plan to get to your goal weight? :)
 
That's good. Sweets are my problem too! I am just eating an average of 1200-1300 cal a day and working out a lot. I have cut back a lot on sweets, and stopped drinking soda for the most part. I occasionally have some, but not nearly as much as i did before. Everyone on this site has been great so far, and very motivational! I know you can get to your goal with some lifestyle changes. Good luck hun!
 
Thanks. :) I have also stopped drinking soda. But I love water, so it's not so big problem, but I miss it sometimes. But I want my body back more than I want soda. :)
 
Yey!! I lost some weight this week. :D I'm so happy! I lost 0.9 kilograms = 2.0 pounds.

It's shows that I'm doing something right, and what I do works. :D
