L337 speak is a term that is used for talking like Lei did earlier. Its also refered to as IM (instant message) language.

Actually this "speak" is the worst possible kind. It's not a certain style or anything, it's just stupid.

l337 is something that is popular among the newer generation, which stands for leet (3=E and 7=T) which is widely know to be short for "elite". You can look up "l337" on Wikipedia or urban dictionary if you so desire.

Interesting discussion. One thing we have stayed away from is testing fees or charging to test. We don't feel pressured to test a child who isn't ready to test.
