I'm a 20 year old, I don't work right now because I got cellulitus which is a deep tissue infection in my leg due to lack of circulation. I'm healing up for 2 years, and 2 years to lose weight is what I'm using them for. I have a high risk of diabetes in my family, so losing weight is a definate must. I live in Charles town, WV I'm engaged to a wonderful guy who loves me for me. (they're hard to find in these parts) I joined this site to be around people who struggle with the same issues as me. Its also inspiring to see other people losing weight and doing so well. I then feel the need to do the same.
So I'm going to be honest this week has been tough I haven't stuck to my diet and the hardest habit for me to kick is eating at night! (open to suggestions lol) Since this is my first diary entry I'm going to answer the following questions just like it says:
My begining weight was 448lbs
My current weight is: 383lbs
My goal weight is: 150lbs
-- How much weight do you want to lose? 233 whopping pounds
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? I don't have one... its a lot of weight should I?
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)? Diet and exercise, such as counting calories, walking etc.
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? Everyone here, my boyfriend, family, friends the will to look better and feel better.
-- How realistic is your goal? I would say not very realistic, my goal weight is 150lbs.
-- When will you start? End Today in a good way and start (again) Tomorrow.
