Hi I am 19 and just found out that I have Hypothyroidism. This makes me gain weight. I am currently at 143. I want to be down to 120. I have tried to keep my own diary but it does not seem to work so I figured I would try it on here and be more motivated to keep up with it and make better decisions about what I eat and drink. I work in a Cancer office and we get catered food every day of the week, so it is really hard not to eat everything that they bring but i am going to try really hard. I weigh in every week, but i think i am going to start on a daily basis.
