Hey, I'm Maribella, 19 year old student and hoping to become a police officer after i graduate in 2010 so my journey is more about fitness really than the intial weight loss (i don't really have much to lose tbh). so to help motivate me and track my progress i decided to keep a record of my food intake, exercise and general progress and thoughts.
I'm eventually going to get a tape measure aswell so i can take my measurements as i'm sure eventually when i properly up the exercise my weight will go up, but it'll be muscle weight so measurements will be a true indicated. I'm trying to be very positive and optimistic lol
So anyway here goes
