Hey, I'm Maribella, 19 year old student and hoping to become a police officer after i graduate in 2010 so my journey is more about fitness really than the intial weight loss (i don't really have much to lose tbh). so to help motivate me and track my progress i decided to keep a record of my food intake, exercise and general progress and thoughts.

I'm eventually going to get a tape measure aswell so i can take my measurements as i'm sure eventually when i properly up the exercise my weight will go up, but it'll be muscle weight so measurements will be a true indicated. I'm trying to be very positive and optimistic lol :smilielol5:

So anyway here goes
 
25th April 2008

So today hasn't been the greatest day really since i've hardly done anything (it's near coursework deadlines so alot of my time is spent infront of the computer) and i slept through breakfast which didn't help too much either, but oh well i havent eaten too much.

Breakfast: -
Lunch: 3 pork and leek sausages (yes on their own lol)
Dinner (5pm): Chicken Stir Fry - Chicken, bamboo shoots, Aubergine, Cherry Tomatoes, Courgette, Onion, Noodles and Soy Sauce

Snacks: a tiny amount of houmas

Drinks: 1 glass of water
2 glasses of blackcurrent squash

Exercise: Nil

Note to self: Eat breakfast, do more exercise and drink more
 
26th April 2008

Today went well till the evening lol

Breakfast: Houmas and 1 slice dry toast
Lunch: 1 Cheese and marmite sandwich and half feta and houmas sandwich
Dinner: Two vegetable spring rolls with ketchup, Chicken Tikka Masala with egg friend rice

Snacks: 1 lolly pop, 10 jaffa cakes (Ouch)

Drinks: 2 litres of water, 500ml orange squash, 2 pints strongbow, 5 sambuca shots, 1 cherry sourz shot, 1 apple sourz with cranberry juice, half a bucks fizz (Well i am a student lol)

Exercise: 40 minutes of Hockey, 40 minutes of Netball, 40 minutes of Football, 20 minutes of Rugby, a few hours of dancing and quite a bit of walking.
 
27th April 2008

Today has been a hangover day (not surprising)

Breakfast: -
Lunch: Tin of baked beans with sausages, 1 slice of dry bread
Dinner: -

Snacks: 1 bag of twigletts, 10 jaffa cakes (ouch again)

Drinks: 5 glasses of orange squash

Exercise: Walked about just over a mile this morning up to uni and through town

Bad Day!!
