So, I wanted to start the thread for March! Pick whatever day you want to start with (for me it's Saturday, which is March 1st, so that works well!) and prepare for making March YOUR month. Spring is coming, and March 20th is the first day of spring. That means warm weather is on the way.

If you had a bad month for February, leave it behind, and keep your eyes on the finish line. March is a new month, and you'll have 31 days of healthy lifestyle to kick ass and lose the pounds.

YOU CAN DO IT!

I haven't a clue what my weight will be this weekend, but to make it easy I will guess no loss this week (let's hope I'm wrong!) I have based my goals on this fact. I don't know if 2 lbs/week will happen, but I have to keep aiming big. I am out of time and have to do this.

March Challenge! I've gotta feeling its gonna be a great month for getting fitter, healthier, stronger, and achieving all our goals!!!

Here's my weight loss goals for the month:

Starting Weight: 229.6 (Feb 28)

March 7th Goal - 224
March 14th Goal - 219
March 21st Goal - 214
March 28th Goal - 209

Let's get 'er done! Summer is approaching fast:smash:
 
Ok, gonna try to do better this month!

March 2: 161.2 (I normally weigh in on Fridays but ended up weighing in today instead)
March 7: 160.4
March 14: 158.4
March 21:
March 27: (I will be leaving to go out of town EARLY friday morning so may not have the time to weigh in, so making this for the thursday instead)

Going to try to get down to 155 (6.2 pound loss)

I am in! Starting today, I am 174 lbs :ack2: My ultimate goal is 120 lbs, but for this month I want to reach 159 lbs by the end of March. My weight in day is Monday.

Hello,
I am new to this forum and would love to be a part of this challenge! Still trying to find my way around the site...looking forward to meeting new ppl and seeing some WL results! I wish I knew how to insert a table like you guys have. I tried to with the little "table" icon but just got a bunch of coding. I dont know how to navigate that kind of stuff. Anyway, will weigh in tomorrow.
 
When you are in the Advanced settings, insert the table again. But this time click on the symbol at to top left, it looks like an A/A symbol. That will turn it into and actual table :)

Can't remember what I weighed on Mar 1st, but I think it was more than 130. And I want to aim high so that is what I'm noting as my actual start weight :) I hope I hit my goals this time! I know they are kinda high considering I don't have much to lose, but I need to lose it this month or I risk not having my wedding outfits altered in time. Must get more cardio in this month!

I went to the Doctor this morning for a script renewal. While there he asked me how much exercise I am doing. Aside from walking my dog here and there I do not really do any exercise. He then wrote a prescription for my dog, Penny to be walked 30 minutes per day, 4 days a week. I know Penny would love it and it is the best thing for her, I just hate exercise, but maybe if I try I can make it a habit!

Ironically, my scale has broken shortly after my doctor advised me to weigh myself only once every 2 to once a month as I tend to obsess over my daily numbers. So I will not be doing weekly weigh Ins. How ever my challenge goal for the month still stands and each week I will be analyzing my progress by how I feel in general, making better food choices more often and reducing poor food choices, and increase in exercise level or fitness.
 
That's too bad about the scale. Do what you need to do, and focus on that monthly weigh in :).

It's a loss, but I'm not gonna make it to my goal by losing less than a pound a week.

I weighed today instead of the 10th so that I could use the same scale that I previously weighed on. Down 3.2! Im excited. I love it when I can get that larger number in the first week! It is really encouraging!

Horrible start so far. *sigh* Gotta lose almost 3lbs/week to hit my goal now. This is horrible and I'm starting to feel I won't lose this weight in time to get my blouse made for the wedding. NOT OK!!! And of course A wanted easter chocolates when we were at Shoppers getting his prescriptions and I couldn't say no so got some of my own. Must be careful how much I eat, been OK so far, a single small caramel chocolate egg yesterday and another today. But the mini eggs are calling me, as is the chocolate bunny with candy star stuff in it.
 
I'm doing awful as well. Just horrible. I gained back the 3lb I lost. I'm gonna smarten up and strive to reach my goal, even if I don't hit it, I wanna get close to it.
