Most people have done these before but here's the gist of it.
You weigh once a week (choose whatever day you like best), and choose a goal for the end of the month.
Anyone can join at any time during the month!

February 27: 164.4
March 6: 163.4 (-1) :)
March 13: 161.8 (-1.6) :)
March 20: 159.2 (-2.6) :) :)
March 27: 158.2 (-1) :)

My goal is 157

I am going to set a goal this month. 8-10 loss.

Goal: 270-272. From I have started this weight loss journey the lowest I have ever been is 269-270, here's hoping I hit it again in March, and April see me break a plateau that I haven't broken in 10 years.

Hoping to see some good stuff in March! It's so exciting to have the 150s on the horizon (the distant horizon?)

Hi all, I am new and trying out a few different forums looking for one with interaction between members, and interesting challenges.

My start weight March 4: 237 lbs
goal weight April 1: 225lbs
12 pounds may seem extreme, but it is my first month and I think that it is realistic for how much I have to lose, and being just the 1st month.

Almost forgot to update this. It will still be very difficult to make my goal, but it was pretty ambitious so I won't be too disappointed if I don't quite make it. But hope to come close!

Wow. Good weigh in this week. I don't thin I will make it to 157.0 for my last weigh in but might get into the 157 range. I knew it was a tall order so I'll still be happy.

Well, didn't make my goal, but it was a lofty goal for sure so I'm not too unhappy. Still down just over 6 pounds this month.
