This is my 3rd diary, I have a big problem with motivation. I stay motivated during the weekend and then weekend comes and I fail. If I don’t fail during the weekend I will within two weeks. Currently I’m looking for someone to be a gym partner and a weight loss partner but no luck.

Right now I’m at 170, since my last journal I’ve lost 5 pounds.

I really have to find a way to motivate myself.

First goal; 160 pounds in 4 weeks.

Week of April 16th plan:

Monday: Gym

Tuesday: Gym or aqua fitness

Wednesday: Gym

Thursday: Gym or Aqua fitness

Friday: Quick workout at home

Saturday: Day off

Sunday: Gym

Daily intake: 1500 cals
