well hopefully this will be my diary to success, will note down what i have eaten, what activity i have done and my mood

today i woke up in a very positive frame of mind and had a toasted currant teacake for breakfast with oj and a banana,, followed by 2 breadsticks, a little tuna and a tangerine for lunch and 3 crackerbreads with low fat cottage cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot and spring onion followed by a banana, a plum and a kiwi fruit

i have been using my pedometer and have done 14000 steps today most of which at a brisk rate also had a kick around with my son in my garden for 40 mins which definately got the old heart beating lol
 
good day to all who may read this, this morning was rather mental and so breakfast was 2 breadsticks, small packet of raisins and a banana, whilst dropping kids off at school and walking the dog, then there was the 2 mile stroll with my friend before munching a chicken salad sandwich no mayo or butter:hurray: and then homemade spaghetti bolognaise with more salad and fruit for desert waiting for kids to go to bed so i can munch on my favourite snack frozen grapes yummy.. all in all a good day and i even resisted the biscuit that was offered at school meeting so i getting better at resisting temptation
