making proper nutrition and exercise a habit

Lealing, thanks, that makes me very happy that you like reading them.

I know they sound crazy to most people, but you know, the reason that
I write them is because I know there are folks out there that are sick and
tired of being sick and tired, and they are ready to become completely
self-aware and conscious and start thinking for themselves!

...and this is who I write for!

There maybe a few of us, but that's okay, little by little all the other folks will
join also, because as the saying goes...the truth "will" set you free!

I just want people to take of those "glasses" that distort reality, and to start
looking at the world as it is, the way it is right in front of our eyes, not the
way our mind is trying to make us see it.

Perception is so much different when we look at the world using our inner
self, our spirit, -- this is real life, what happens in the present, not what
we think will happen in an hour, a week, a month, a year, or more, but
right here and right now!

So, yes, for those folks that are ready to take their destiny in their own
hands and to start LIVING their life, this is who I write for and for who I will
continue to write for.

But, I have nothing against the people that don't like my writing, or that
don't understand it, or whatever, it is just that I want to focus my time on
sharing my information with the people that will actually use it in their life,
because I want them to create results, -- results that will be permanent!

Why? Because that is what I want, I have been lucky enough to have met
people that have helped me, and now is the time for me to PAY IT FORWARD
as much as I possible can, so anyone that is aware or on their way to
becoming aware, welcome to my diary, and I hope the information that I
share transforms your life the way it transformed mine :waving:

it is about patience and passion, and even though he talks about online
business, but the underlying message is really profound, because if this
can be adjusted to weight loss, this can transform your life!!!

the funny thing is he is also from an ex-USSR country, just like myself, as
I wrote I'm from Latvia, and he is from the Ukraine

the main message is how important our life is and that as far as we know
we have this one shot, at least in this physical body, and that we need to
take everything that we do quite seriously !!!
 
I guess I miss how a money 'scam' modivational speaker is of use to personal weight loss.

It is not what he says about money, but what he says about patience
and being passionate. These are two qualities that are very important
for weight loss, and he is not a money 'scam' modivational speaker, he is
a writer that is constantly on national tv, and has a 10 book deal with
a huge publisher.



 
Guess I can't get pass the feeling he is about to give me paperwork for a timeshare.

lol...yes me too, but watch his wine TV show online, especially where
he is doing an interview with Gretsky, and you might even start to
like him a little, but then again maybe not



I just really like that video, because he nailed it with the CONTEXT of his
message, and not the words themselves, because he could have adjusted
the words for weight loss, and it would pretty much be what a person
has to do to lose weight permanently

care about himself, be patient, be patient, and find a path and a strategy
that works for him, i.e. the perfect nutrition and exercise approach for
body type, food sensitivities, etc., you understand what I mean, right?

Just wanted to show the most effective way to track your fat loss

This is very important, and he pretty much nails it!!!

...the last one with the one cheat meal, might be a good idea if you
are not doing cardio on a regular basis, because I have eaten 3 cheat
meals per day for the last 16 years, and have been very successful at
both losing weight and then maintaining it in the long run.

...but obviously, he is right, of course, 1 is better than 3...lol
