Making a Change

Hi there,

My name is Anna, I'm out of shape and I can't be anymore. I'm not a huge health risk...yet. I'm 20 years old and realize that if I want to get healthy I better get going. My body will not always be as forgiving as it is now. I'm starting this off with a 1 month push. I'm not going to weigh myself for the duration but I'm also not going to count calories. I'm going to try going off how I feel, recognizing how my body and mind respond to my lifestyle. Incorporating the good and doing away with the bad. I'm not going to lie and say I will work out everyday. Realistically I am a student and have a job. But I can do way better. I have a membership to a 24 hour gym. I can be more in control of my life.

Starting weight: 138

Today, so far:
I worked out this morning for about an hour, doing a combination of running, spinning, abs, and arm workouts.

Food:
3 eggs
2 pieces whole grain toast
A glass of grape juice
A fiber bar

It is important to mention...I am working really hard to kick a Diet Coke habit. I'm trying to replace it with water for the most part.

This is all going to be difficult. I don't really have a "goal" weight, it's about looking and feeling better to me. Maybe this will get more organized overtime. :)

I'm confused cause you use to be Susan, said the same thing about membership and weight loss. IP addresses and all.

I mean, I welcome you but you have to understand where I'm coming from as to why are you here under a new name pretending we never met you?
 
well, like I said, I have to be a little suspicious BUT hell, you can call yourself Betty Davis as long as you want to be a part of the community.

But not Jericho. That one is taken :)
