Most people have done these before but here's the gist of it.
You weigh once a week (choose whatever day you like best), and choose a goal for the end of the month.
Anyone can join at any time during the month!

April 24: 154
May 1: 152.2 (-1.8) :)
May 8: 149.6 (-2.6) :)
May 15: 151.4 (+1.8) :(
May 22: 153.4 (+2) :( :(
May 29: 149 (-4.4) :)

My weight goal for the month will be 148. Really hoping to be nicely into the 140's by June!

Bros wedding in 4 weeks. Goal is 2 lbs/wk so 10 lbs by May 30th. Not sure it's realistic but time will tell!

Goal: 131

Had a really stressful week causing me to not eat much this week. Good and bad. Was good with chocolate/candy - had none including the Smarties the guy at the convenience store gave me for free on Friday. I have still been drinking Coke, and my lunch Friday was basically Munchies, not that I ate much then either, too busy with work.

The amount of weight loss is good though, hoping I can keep it up. Should take my measurements this week too when I have a chance, and need to start working out a bit.

I really want 2 pounds a week and I am working very hard, but I don't think it will happen. So instead of a goal I'm going to make a range from what I think is resonable to what I want. So about 1-2 pounds per week for a goal range of 255-250. It would be so sweet to cruise through the 250s this month!

Goal: 131

3.5 lost total, not as much as I hoped but going the right direction. When I hit 120 and stay there for a month I'm going to treat myself to new clothes - work and casual.

Got my brothers wedding in 2 weeks and a family reunion trip in August (Istanbul) and we hope to do lots of camping and hiking this summer. Need to get bikini ready cuz I have a few but never wear them. The weight loss is good, but I don't feel like my body is looking any better which makes me concerns I'm losing muscle not fat. But I'll get there I'm sure, just gotta stay strong and keep it up.

You're doing great Mystic! Congrats on hitting the 140s!!

Okay so at -1.2 pounds a week I'd be at 254.2 at the end of the month. In range, but on the high end.

Mystic you're killing it! You may need a new goal soon.

Icy you're doing great too! I don't think you give yourself enough credit.

I am currently tracking within my goal range of 255-250. I'm on track to be 253.8 by month's end.

It will make next week's loss number even bigger Mystic!

Serves me right for getting off track for a couple weeks. Back on track now, just hoping to get back into the 140's before the last weigh in!

Missed the mark by a pound but happy with my comeback!

Top end of my goal range of 255-250. This last week was a bear, but a pound a week is fine with me.
