I did used to go to a slimming class but unfortunately it's been shut down for unknown reasons so when I found this site I thought it would be such a help. I've to lose 10% of my body weight by May 4th for the doc so fingers crossed. Other than that ideally I want to lose at least 4 stone (56lbs). But I'll be happy to lose anything at this stage.
This morning I did a 30 mins aerobics dvd
Breakfast:
2 pieces of wholegrain brown bread
banana
glass of orange juice
Lunch:
Low fat Bagel
Low fat cream cheese
4 mini tomatoes and lettuce
20 min Walk
Dinner:
salmon
3 baby potatoes
lettuce/tomato/mushrooms
no snacks or crap food today yey, but do need to start drinking more water, I'm terrible with liquid because I never feel thirsty. So on ward and upward
