Hello Everyone,
I'm very thankful and excited that I have found this site,I believe that Losing weight does not only depends on what we eat, what we do to burn the calories But it also depends on how much motivated we are to lose and keep/"maintain our weight. Then that's where the word "support" comes in.. I' know that we are all very knowledgeable on what to eat and what to do for exercise, we can even write a book about it, but the one that's lacking is a good support group that will strengthen us along the way. Losing weight is really not easy, but with proper mind setting, good support, application and keeping ourselves motivated, everything will be rewarding at the end. Losing weight does not end our journey but keeping the weight and maintaining it is our forever responsibility. That is why I'm here, I came to realized that I cannot do it on my own. I need a support group who will fully understand my real situation with the same goal as mine,To be healthy, happy and enjoy life.
I've been struggling with my weight since I was able to know the reality that if I eat and don't exercise, I will be fat.
I've been watching my diet and exercise all the time, and my weight are being on and off like a bouncing ball.
I LOVE FOOD. My Family LOVES FOOD.
At some point in my life during my younger days, I had the chance to experience how to be slim and enjoy life (approximately 2 years of being 117 lbs.)
I enjoyed it so much, I can buy clothings i like, I feel lighter and I enjoyed when all people I know was shocked when they've seen me with my 117 lbs from 185 lbs.
It was great. but short.
After 2 years of hardwork, I did not realize that I need to MAINTAIN IT. I've been careless.
The Result?
My weight now was doubled the last time I was overweight.
Then I started to be careless and does not worry anymore about my weight, my food and my exercise.
Living sedentary lifestyle with my very supportive family.
I have so much things to share and so much things that I want to do and enjoy, and I know there's no magic in losing weight, its not gonna be easy at first.. but i know that if I did succeed before, I can still do this again.. knowing the most important thing with this journey is.. to MAINTAIN IT. LOSE IT but MAINTAIN IT.
I want to bring back the brand new me. The real me. The Happy me.
I hope to meet lot of online weight loss buddies here. We are here for each other.
I know that I came to the right place.
