Not much to report today. Typical lunch, light dinner.
I had a great track run tonight. I was able to run for 20 minutes straight at a mediocre pace. I completed 2 miles in a bit less than 20 minutes which comes up to around a ~6mph pace. To top it off, I actually felt "good" and could have pushed it faster or longer, but my goal was cardio and to have a good, sustained heart rate for 20 minutes. I then walked/ran for another 15 minutes or so for a total of 35 minutes and over 3 miles.
