Didn't get to run last night. Had to stay late at work, and by the time I got home I was already due to be at the firehouse helping with dinner. Meeting went very long too with elections going on so didn't get out til after 10 once the dishes were done.
1 more month of Probie so that was my last dish washing session.

Did a quick 2 miles in preparation for Tomorrow morning. Should be a good run but it's going to be COLD! It will be about 24 F with a wind chill of 13 F. BRRRR!
I'll be dressed appropriately though.
No pain last night in the left calf. Had some this morning though as I was digging through the trunk of my car looking for something. It was a sharp pain and it gone now. Gonna make sure I loosen the calves up a lot tonight and tomorrow before the run.
