Maddy's 100 Day Challenge

so i'll start off by introducing myself i suppose: my name is maddy and i'm 18 years old. i have recently endeavoured to lose some significant weight and improve my overall health.

the problem is, i get so caught up in minute day-to-day changes that i often fail to perceive the big picture. i am much thinner, much healthier, and actually much happier than i was 5 months ago, but because i'm at a plateau currently, i often lose track of all the progress i have made.

so i've decided to embark on a 100 day challenge. maintain and even improve my current diet/exercise regimen for those 100 days and see what results i achieve. so here are my stats:

height: 5'6
current weight: 165 lbs (i've had the scale put away for 2 weeks so this is an educated guess)
50-day goal weight: 155 lbs
100-day goal weight: 145 lbs
ultimate goal weight: 130 lbs (we'll say in a year or so)

bust: 41 inches
waist: 32.5 inchest
hips: 41.5 inches
jean size: loose 12, tight 10

so we'll see how this goes! change takes time, and with this plan in mind i think i will be able to keep the reality of the weight loss process in perspective while still having goals.
