Here I am again. I have lost control and am too big once more. Christmas is coming and I want to drop five pounds for it. My overall goal is about fifteen to twenty pounds. I have no idea how much I actually weigh and I refuse to know, I go by how I feel and look. My main focus is my belly. I'm following a plan of no more than 60G of carbohydrates and no more than 1600 calories a day.

So far today (12/7) I've eaten the following
3/4 Cup Nature's Path Spelt Cereal
+Whole Goat Milk
1 Cup
1 1/2 Cup Bulk Split Pea Soup
+ 1/2 Cup Grated Goats Cheese
3 Cup Pesto Rice Pasta W/ Vegetables
Uh oh.. lost my will and had about 2 cup of Peanut Butter Chocolate frozen soy too. Boo!![]()
