Snacks that work for me are fruit and vegetables (very very low cal), rice cakes () with something on top- tomato is very low calorie, or low fat cottage cheese (I personally like Vegemite, but that's because I'm Australian). Try drinking more water, it'll help suppress your appetite, or chewing sugar free gum, as well.

so things are going well and i have lost another 4lbs yeyeyeyey but now i am taking on a new challange.......... as from tomorrow i am quitting smoking :) i feel like i am in such a good place now and i hope to take advantage of this good mood
