I have to think of something for our 30th anniversary in a couple of months, but my biggest task will be to pull the man away from his desk for even half an hour!!! I'll have to do some plotting!

Now you've set me thinking about my own wedding anniversary. It'll be the 8th for us. Well, for the last 7, I had been FAT, grossly overweight and nothing ever looked nice. Don't even remember taking any photos...see what being fat does to our self-esteem?

This year, we'll be going for a special makeover photo shot and then I shall choose a lovely restaurant to have dinner in which both of us can be dressy - yes, he in suit and me in some kind of nice gown? Hmmm, must think hard!

Congratz to you - you r now on your home run... last 10kg gal, me too! Let's get there together :)

I had an absolutely stunning evening last night :D
I had calamari and salad and...fruit salad. Okay, so I've deviated a bit with the fruit -- but I didn't pick the CHOCOLATE mouse and ice cream! That's a victory, right?? :D

Well done - so exciting you are so close now.

Yep - we are 30 mid-August (where does it go????). It's always mid-term and busy, but shall have to think of at least something. I always have dreams of some get-away but it sure won't be happening just at the moment. We've had heaps of good times whenever we can manage it, so sometimes mid-term I just have to be content with something small.

It's a bad time because OS's wedding is 4 days after our anniversary! (On the most convenient weekend for us!). So we can't go MIA around then which is hard. I've got to organise a little bit of this wedding - not too much fortunately!!!

I think it will just be a nice dinner somewhere, and we'll have to spoil ourselves later.
 
I read something very interesting just now -- I think that everyone that's close to/ must still finish refeed, must read:

Here is where the problem comes in: if someone is deviating on their diet before Re-feed, their hormones are not stabilized and their body protests with weight gain. Result is likely to be a lower limit on food that you can eat (for the rest of your life) without gaining weight. So, the moral of the story: follow your eating plan 100% or as close as you possibly can.

EEEeeeeeeeeeek! So I must cut that extra fruit asap! *gulp*

Well, for you I dont think that the fruit will influence you so much -- dont get to worried-- my consultant said that while Im only prescribed 5 crackers, I can puch it to 8 and the 2 fruit I can push to 3 on days that are bad! But you know me and the cracker so I rather just stay AWAY FROM THE CRACKER!

I need a horn-thing : STEP AWAY FORM THE CRACKERS NOW lol!

Yesterday, the one of the girls at the office that is getting married in Sept asked me for my 'dietician's' number LOL! I gave her the details then she asked me: HOW IS it! I said! HARD WORK AND DETERMINATION! Some people think that it falls in your lap FOR FREE! WAKE UP MAN! Well, Cohens is not a state secret and I will tell people about it! I also do say that DONT WAST YOUR MONEY IF YOUR HEARTS NOT IT IT! You will not get the most out of Cohens if your only goal is only weightloss-- you can loose weight by dong something else! But I feel that with Cohens, you end up with a new LIFESTYLE! It changes the way you will EVER look at food! Well, I suppose you get pretty desperate before your wedding-- maybe its a bit late to realise that too lady! SHAME! LOL! Some people are also just nice with you when they want something-- so transparent! lol

Luvbug, once again! YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR! FABULOUS LADY! FABULOUS! YAY!

I think that I should reset my diet and "start again" from a clean slate. I feel bad after that "deviation" on our night out. It was BAD, but no deviation can be GOOD. Almost like pressing the reset button lol
This hunger really drives me crazy :ack2:, so it's so much easier to give in to an extra fruit or a few crackers lol...eeeeeek!

Btw, I read that you're having rice crackers? Which ones are those and how many are we allowed a day and at a time? I think that a change might be good hehe

About the lady who's getting married -- shame man! That is a bit too late! lol
We're lucky that we found Cohen's WAY before our weddings haha ;)

Hello Starfish, Cate, nuttyprofessor, Niyah, everyone!!

I'm so sorry for being so scarce in the last couple of days..
I was at home with my parents :D

Now the university has reopened, so it's back to the meat grinder! lol
Everything is so busy at the moment!
Next Monday I'm gonna start to work -- I have to do 8 weeks of practical at a school as a student teacher -- I really can't wait!! Although I'm nervous as well...

Guess what?? I received my refeed yesterday!!:party:
I have to do 14 days :D
But my consultant recommended that I must be sure that I'm on my GW before I start refeed..and that my hormone balance is perfect.
So I've decided to wait another week or 2 before I start it :)

Hey there Luvbug!

It's great to see you back online ! You must have been blissfully happy to be at home, it's great to see you're excited about work and stuff! I know it can be nerve-wrecking prior to starting teaching ( I taught high school economics during my summer breaks when I was in university ), but it's just so much fun interacting with the students :)

And how great is it that you got your REFEED!! I'm on Day 17 now, another 2 days and I'm done :) Hope I manage to keep up the discipline and stay within GW. So far, have remained at the lower end of GW, so that's keeping me motivated!

Good luck on REFEED once you decide to start ! Will keep a watch on your progress....

COngratulations on the refeed, Luvbug!

You'll go fine with the teaching, I'm sure! But yes, it is a change of pace and stressful getting to know the kids and all that, so make sure when you do decide to start refeed you can concentrate on it really well, whenever that is. I'm sure that just like you've done the diet really well, you'll find you can get refeed under your belt no problems. Once you know what is coming up and can prepare for it, it won't be too hard for you.

Wow..look at you, almost ready for refeed...congratulations!!!! I'm still 2kg away from ordering refeed - can't wait myself. It'll probably be in a month's time when i get to refeedland. Can't wait to see how you go...:)
