Does anyone have any information or experience on getting rid of these. I mean I am working the **** outta my lats, doing weight training 5 times a week with 3-4 days of cardio and 2-3 days of abdominal work. Is there anything else I can do I don't know if anyone has anything to say about this please let me know? Thanks
 
However - note that storage of fat in that region is partially genetic, and partially hormonal. The hormone responsible for storage in that area is cortisol, and it's released when you're under stress, and when you drink alcohol.
