I figured that, lol, knowing you Gooch.
I am enjoying the "effects" of coming off a low-carb diet for the past week, and now I enter a 2 week surplus period (upping my carbs to normal levels). I swelled up like a balloon over night (from yesterdays 160 grams of carbohydrates, and having a good concentration of fructose/lactose), and weighed 166 this morning, lol (breaking the scale!
Ready to bust up the weights tonight. Not that it means anything, but, I ought to get a good workout pump tonight.
