Day 2 and still going strong. I went to lunch today with a couple of friends. I was good!! Yippee for me! While my girls had cheeseburgers and fries I had burger patty (no bun) and tossed salad. I even passed up the after lunch treat to the bakery next door. I did buy some cookies for my kids. I didn't nibble or take one single bite. I just know if I did, I would be sabotaging my efforts and wouldn't stop. The excuses and reasons to allow myself a little treat would escalate and I would be done.
So anyway, the results of yesterday's 30 day shred workout are sore, sore and sore. It even hurts to go to the bathroom. I did do a yoga routine this afternoon that worked my abs and it also helped to stretch me out and loosen those sore muscles. Hopefully by tomorrow I can work out with Jillian Michaels again.
