Day 1 ---> I ate a bowl of sultana bran for breakfast, then my boyfriend and I went out for lunch. I had a tuna mayonnaise sandwich and left about a 1/4 of it because it was on quite thick bread. The when I got home I had another bowl of sultana bran for dinner, then a few grapes. I went clubbing in the evening but didn't have any alcohol, whereas I'd usually have lots. I just had diet cokes!
