Well, my neck is back to being shit again. I was really careful when I trained upper body yesterday but then today I knew was supposed to be a busy day, so I thought I should wash my hair... which is fine, but I have to dry it because I have so much of it (otherwise it will still be wet the next day). Sitting bent over with the hair dryer for 40mins did it I think. I mentioned above in a reply to a comment I'm getting a big hair cut in a few weeks, it'll make life so much easier. It's down past my waist now when I pull it straight! Think my last cut was in Nov. Seeing a curly hair specialist for the first time which I'm excited about, so they wash and style your hair first then cut it curl by curl so they can see that it's sitting correctly (it can be a bit stressful getting my hair cut wet and pulled straight, never know what it'll look like dry haha!) Anyway, in my current situation I only wash when I absolutely have to which is about once a week when it turns into a giant matt at the back of my head.
Had to cancel all plans today, husband has an absolutely brutal migraine which I think was triggered by HIS neck. He's having a sleep now, poor thing got none last night. I asked the physio to come and treat him too so hopefully he will be better after that. No biggie, we will get the cats claws done next week and I'm rescheduled with the dentist for a fortnight. Might be better this way, never know how my back will hold up when I have a busy day.
I ate a bunch of chocolate last night too, not in a binge-y way... just I wanted some and I knew I could balance out the calories so I went for it. Worth it, though my stomach is protesting today (it was a lot of chocolate. No regrets). Wanted something tasty to get me through the season finale of the Handmaid's Tale. Does anyone else watch that show!??? OMG.
Quiet day the rest of the day. Literally. Have the house quiet and in darkness. Hopefully physio will sort both our necks! Also food is very basic today, I made pancakes this morning and realised I absolutely could not have anything sweet on them because the idea turned me off eating haha. Ate them plain, they are really good that way so it was fine. Leftovers for lunch, and I'll see about dinner later. Was going to be something quick and easy anyway as we were planning to get lunch out tomorrow so I don't need leftovers,
