Well day one, am getting on well had a MAJOR sugar craving there after lunch but I managed to stave it off by drinking a glass of water, just have toe get out of bad habits I suppose. I joined Curves this morning nearly died when they told me my BMI of 47 that is quern bad lads but it has definitely motivated me to co the feck on. It's a six week starter programme I'm on @ the moment so we shall see how I get on
so far today i've had -
30g Bran flakes with milk
Grapes
2 x Brown Bread, lettuce, cucumber, scallions and ham with a teaspoon of salad cream...
Does that sound healthy, hope so trying my best anyhow! Am off for a walk in the woods now with the dog so hopefully the day will keep going well, I'm an emotional eater so the slightest little thing sets me off but after hearing that BMI this morning I said feck that I am getting myself fit and bloody healthy, wish me luck
