Well day one, am getting on well had a MAJOR sugar craving there after lunch but I managed to stave it off by drinking a glass of water, just have toe get out of bad habits I suppose. I joined Curves this morning nearly died when they told me my BMI of 47 that is quern bad lads but it has definitely motivated me to co the feck on. It's a six week starter programme I'm on @ the moment so we shall see how I get on :D so far today i've had -
30g Bran flakes with milk
Grapes
2 x Brown Bread, lettuce, cucumber, scallions and ham with a teaspoon of salad cream...
Does that sound healthy, hope so trying my best anyhow! Am off for a walk in the woods now with the dog so hopefully the day will keep going well, I'm an emotional eater so the slightest little thing sets me off but after hearing that BMI this morning I said feck that I am getting myself fit and bloody healthy, wish me luck :seeya:

Welcome to the forum Lucy!! Well done for not giving into your cravings, you have started off great. If you dont mind me asking, what is your current weight and your goal weight? also what is your height?

oh god I nearly don't want to say! i'm 229lbs, 5'4 and my goal weight is 135/140 lbs :D
Really want to do it this time so am hoping I stick to it

Oh hun dont be so silly:):) no one judges on this about how much weight we all weigh on here:) as long as we start losing some of those pounds and on to a healthier life:)

I started out at 249! I cant get over i left myself get that big! im now 233, and my goal weight is 130:):)

You will definitely get to your goal weight if you eat healthy, and write in this everyday:) Your doing great chick:)xoxox
 
i'm not even gonna write what I ate today had an absolutely dreadful day foodwise am disgusted with myelf I do great until around evening time then lose motivation grrr...:banghead:

oh sure try again tommorrow
 
ok haven't written in this thing in a while. Went off the wagon for a few weeks there but am back on track as off today -

so let's just start again i'm 16 stone 9 pounds as of this morning

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs toast, OJ freshly squeezed, peppermint tea

Lunch - toasted sambo - ham cheese small bit of coleslaw

Snack - mandarin

Dinner - yet to have, probably spuds :D

Exercise - Curves 30 minutes.


Ok fingers crossed I stay on the wagon this time, just got my place in college starting in October so that's an incentive!
 
Afrulewis it's alright to start things slow, you can start changing small things in your diet little by little each week, so you don't lose motivation quick.
