Yes one more post (I think that's 3 in the space of 30mins lol) I added some photos to my album finally- only wedding photos right now though, I'm on Ash's laptop cuz the cord on mine broke last week... and those are the only pics he has of me on here! Ordered a new cord though so will add more when I can use MY laptop again!! :)
 
Good morning weight loss world!! There was a bit of a party goin on on my scales this morning- I didn't gain... and I even lost a lil bit!!! :party: :party: GAWD Easter is nasty lol. I'm now 68.6, so only 200g less than before... but I thought I'd gained so I'll definitely take that!!!

Aw thanks guys :) I'm hoping to get the new cord for my laptop today so can post some normal pics too. I'm going crazy without my comp, Ash's drives me mental! Yay got plans this weekend now, going to the casino tomorrow night and my parents are staying sat night- taking them to the movies then out for brekki on Sunday. Yay can't wait for days off!!
 
Ok, so didn't do great foodwise today- BUT I kept within my calorie limit... burned a total of 3188 and ate 2182 so 1005 deficit, yay! One day down, 6 to go!! So yea was a bit naughty, didn't eat my dinner and had a heap of WW icecream lol. Hope that doesnt reflect on the scale at my weigh in- it's in like 30mins!! I'm mega super hyper today though, have been all day... seriously hoping that'll help me in the endurance test lol. Anyhoo I'm going to quickly visit some other peoples diaries... then off to gym, yay! Happy Thursday everyone!!
 
WOOHOO I fully kicked my old endurance time- today I did 2.018kms in 10mins!! Which means that I've added a full 500m to my 10min time since I started 8 weeks ago, which I had pointed out to me was also the most improvement of anyone!!! :hurray: I'm feeling particularly happy with myself right now :coolgleamA:

Came home and made some naughty healthy muffins lol. I had a think today... Mostly what I binge on is chocolate. If I'm trying to change my lifestyle I should try to work it in somewhere where it won't be just empty calories I'll eat and eat... So made experimental muffins lol. Haven't tried them yet, I was good and froze them straight away. Basically they are the same as the blueberry muffins- with the bran, wholemeal flour, honey etc.- but no blueberries... I put chocolate dots and slivered almonds in them. They smelled really good!! Put all the ingredients into fitday and they came in at 384cals (they're big muffins) so I'm ok with that. ANYHOO going to try my hardest to sleep now, still super pumped from the gym!!!
 
Wow that is an amazing time!! Imagine how fast you'll be when you get to your goal weight!! Very inspiring! Keep it up!
 
Morning all!!!

Thanks Chubbygirl- OMG was sooooo puffed at the end of it!! I couldn't believe it, I had a bit of a disadvanage... I started and 3mins into it, my shoelace came undone!! Had to hit the stop button so I didn't kill myself... and then start again!!!! It's killing me now because I probably could've done so much better!! The trainer did ask me if I wanted to sit down and catch my breath before I started again but I said no cuz I didn't want to cut into our training time. O well, I so plan on blowing everyone away with the last one!!

Here's todays plan:
Breakfast: Tuna Quesadilla (nom nom nom)
Snack: Banana, fruity oat bar
Lunch: Sandwich with 2 slices cheese, tomato, spinach
Snack: 2 plums, prune and zucchini muffin
Dinner: Chicken and squid paella (I really hope the squid doesn't put Ash off lol... I :beating: squid!)

Exercise: 1hr walk, 1hr power yoga.

OOO Got my self hypnosis cd, can't use it right away though... It says to use 3 days consecutively then as needed, I'm too busy over the weekend to use it 3 days in a row so might use it from Monday. Wonder if it'll do anything lol.
ALSO got my new power cord for the laptop, uploading more pics right now!!

Just dropping in quickly!! Changing what I'm having for dinner cuz if I cook something that needs prepping won't have enough time to do yoga before I go out! Lol so dinner was a Thai green curry stir fry with prawns and thin egg noodles (mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm) and a protein shake with water... which ends today with a 996 cal deficit... go me!!! 2 days down, 5 to go!!! REALLY want 67.5 this week!!!

How do you work out what you burned calorie-wise? Was it literally 3000 cals in the gym>!?! or normal "existing during the day" calories burnt? I got to get my head around how to calculate that!!

Hi Jay :) I use fitday to calculate how much I burn over a whole day- so that's my resting bmr with lifestyle plus my exercise, then I try to eat a 1000 cal deficit. Theres heaps of other sites and programs that other people use as well.

Well at the last minute last night I decided I wanted to go clubbing after the casino... so grabbed a WW icecream before I went out. Finished the day on a 1005 deficit, yay! Awesome night out last night by the way- we did sooo well at the casino!! Ahhhh sat down with Wade at the snack bar and was soooo tempted to get chips or a dessert...!! Even worse he got a chips n nugget box and a squid and chips box and kept offering them to me :cuss: They smelled soooo good but I stayed strong!!!

Todays plan:
Breakfast: 2 pieces wholemeal grain toast, 2 eggs, 97%ff deli ham, 1 cup spinach
Snack: Banana, prune and zucchini loaf
Lunch: Wholemeal grain sandwich with 2 slices of cheese, tomato, and 1 cup spinach.
Snack: 2 plums (mmm these are sooo good right now), Homemade choc almond honey bran muffin (hmm wonder how these taste?)
Post-gym snack: Protein shake with water
Dinner: Homemade pizza- 400cals worth (my mum is bringing homemade pizzas so have to eyeball that amount... really healthy though, I'll only eat the one she does and she's vegetarian and makes her own pizza bases so super healthy!)

Exercise- 1hr walk and 30min session at the gym with the trainer.

I'm sooo posting an update pic when I get to 1/4 way... I have the biggest biceps I've ever had in my entire life, love showing them off :smilielol5:

Just stopping in again quickly... had a super healthy day, stuck to my plan exactly!! Trainer worked us super hard at the gym (and OMG- off topic but hey- he can jump so damn high lol) Haven't had my protein shake yet, I actually don't really feel like I need it right now... that muffin I had was sooooo filling!!! It actually was pretty nice, but I think I might put less linseeds in it next time. The muffins were really dense which is ok for a fruit muffin but kind of took away from the chocolate flavour. Was a bit like eating a healthy toblerone muffin with the honey and nuts though :hurray: It's one of my 'work in progress' recipes. Parents will be here soon, I'm off to shower! Going to watch Alice in Wonderland in 3d tonight, yay!!!
 
Today ended up being a bit of a free-for-all foodwise, stayed within calories though. I'm actually kinda impressed with my self control this morning since we went out for a buffet breakfast!!! Here's how today ended up:

Breakfast: 2 pieces wholemeal toast, 2 chipolatas, scrambled egg, 2 pieces pineapple, 2 segments grapfruit, 1 small piece rockmelon, 2 coffees
Snack: 1 and a bit pieces of prune and zucchini loaf
Lunch: Leftover prawn thai green curry stir fry with egg noodles from the other night (so not too bad so far, right...?)
Then my parents left, and I sat down with hubby for 3 hours and watched tv... and ate:
2 weight watchers pecan toffee sundaes (yum), a ww double choc sundae (even more yum) and a ww double choc ice cream bar :nopity:

Exercise was a 30min jog at the gym (did 4.7kms today) plus went for a 45min stroll round the city with my parents. So ended on 1015 cal deficit today.

I know I'm getting the right amount of calories, but really gotta watch the sweet stuff!!! :smash: I know, why have icecreams in the house anyway right? Ash has been bringing home junkfood n stuff recently and I figure if I'm having portions of it that are already measured out I can keep track of exactly how much I'm having... and it severely reduces my chances of getting into his crap food. After sitting down that long I got really frustrated and a bit stir crazy and that's when I hit the gym. SOOO at least I'm getting into better habits!! Feel a bit rank now though, like how I normally would feel after a 4000 calorie binge... even though I was in range, I can definitely feel the difference in being fueled with good food and crap!! Going to try hard to have no junk before next weigh in... so 3 days!! My morning sesh with my trainer is on Tues this week now too cuz easier for him... I'm kinda glad, after 3 late nights I feel like a bit of a sleep in!!

O no, didn't end the day well... had the HUGEST piece of that homemade pizza left over from last night, like HUGE!!!! I'm guessing 800 cals huge!! If not more!!! :cuss: Then had my last 2 ww sundaes... so Finished on no deficit. ARG!!!! Going to be seriously good the next few days!!!
 
Ahh it's fricken Monday again :toetap05: I hate having only one day off!!!

I'm going to try to eat totally healthy for the next 3 days! As in sticking to my calories and not filling all the gaps with icecream :blush5:

Todays plan:
Breakfast- Tuna quesadilla
Snack- Banana, fruity oat bar
Lunch- Sandwich with cheese, tomato, spinach
Snack- 1 kiwifruit, prune and zucchini muffin
Dinner- Leftover homemade pizza (and that's the end of it!!)

Exercise- 1hr walk, 40mins gentle yoga (going to try the Kundalini for beginners and beyond dvd after work- not really sure whether I should count it as exercise but o well!)

Guess what I have to shop for this week that I'm sooo completely excited about I could scream...?? New bras!!! I can fit my entire hand in each cup now with my bra on lol. Which means my boobies are shrinking, YAY!!! Also might get a yoga mat while I'm at it.
