Just got back from gym, rough chest session this morning!! Got my ultrasound in the middle of the day today too, means I'll probably be at the doctors all afternoon. No chance to overeat at least!
Ended yesterday on a 300cal deficit, not what I aimed for but I've had a big enough deficit to undo Mondays damage now! Really really REALLY hoping to be 71 or less by Mon.
Husband has tomorrow and the next day off work which is awesome, can't wait to spend some time with him. So over being home alone, being unemployed is awful.
