Okay, it's only Thursday but I'm at 271.2 - I think I can reach 270.9 by Saturday night if I watch what I eat today and tomorrow carefully. I've adjusted my goals to account for this past holiday.
Short term goal = 266 by January 19, 2018.
Even shorter goal = 270 by Saturday
I'm super excited about this colder weather - I don't sweat as much so my HS does not become aggravated: I can walk outside and go on outside dates to the taco truck (lol)! I'm sort of catching on to how many calories each of my foods are gonna cost me. I'm excited about this because it means pretty soon I'll be able to start focusing on other parts of my food such as sugar and sodium content!
