I started on the diet lastnight and I had 2 small boneless skinless chicken thighs and a tablespoon of mac and cheese along with 2 Tbs of chicken rice which i had never eaten before. i also ate a large lettuce salad with 1 1/2 Tbs salad dressing about 20 min before supper so that i would not over eat on the bad stuff.
i worked out my arms alittle after supper. I will be able to start the major exercising tomorrow now that the dr said its ok. I had plain oatmeal for breakfast this morning. Late this Afternoon I had lunch/supper at applebees i had a steak and a baked potato and some corn. if i get hungry later i will have a lettuce salad with a little dressing and will be good on caloric and fat intake for the day!
